  I suppose I shouldn't have expected much given that it's located in the Bronx. I have collected 1 parcel here before and it's like I wasn't even there. No manners, no polite greeting, like I was annoying them. I am a very polite respectful person and always treat others with respect. Second experience was once again to collect a parcel. It seems I was a little late and the package was returned. The owners were screaming at each other in the back, then when he came to tell me, he was lecturing me about it being too long whilst continuing on with whatever he was doing. I said ok and left. I think overall I said 10 kind polite words to the owner. Ok Thank You. Once again like I wasn't even there. Honestly disgusted that business owners can even be so rude. They are running a business and it was extremely rude behaviour. Avoid at all costs unless you like to feel that you are interrupting someone's day and you want them annoyed at you.
